Self-Chosen Freedom
My Observations on Body, Sovereignty, and Balance Living in Denmark, we are blessed with a system that looks out for us. However, after observing the world for 48 years, I have started to listen more closely to my own body. I’ve discovered that official advice - such as the campaigns for HPV vaccines or the pressure during the Corona years - doesn’t always align with what feels right for me as an individual. I call my path Self-Chosen Freedom. The Red Thread: Economy vs. Health I have deep respect for the fact that our society requires large gears to keep turning. The pharmaceutical industry and major corporations create the revenue that funds our schools and welfare. I even see this from the inside, as I hold shares in some of the companies that produce things which might not always be best for us. It’s a paradox I live with. When I see the price of soda and alcohol compared to healthy food and milk, I don't see a coincidence - I see the red thread. It is often cheaper to poison the b

The Discovery
The Story of the Forgotten Cap – Why We Let Things Find Their Own Way Did you find us, or did we find you? Perhaps you are here because you found a cap. Maybe it was tucked away on a shelf in a thrift store, hanging on a fence, or resting in a place where someone else had moved on. If you searched for the logo and landed here at HealYourself, it wasn’t by accident. But it wasn’t a traditional advertisement either. It is part of our philosophy of "the slow journey." The Symbol of Authenticity When you saw the logo, you might have noticed the mark of copyright. To us, that symbol is more than just legal protection; it is a seal of authenticity. It tells you that what you are holding is a deliberate creation, designed with intention and a respect for the process of healing. By recognizing the logo and finding your way here, you have already completed the first step of the journey: awareness. The Wisdom of the Second Hand In a world that is always in a rush to sell you the newest and the f

Why a Headache Pill Can Promise Relief – and Others Cannot
Note to the reader This article presents reflections on regulation, language, and responsibility in relation to medication and non-medical systems. It does not provide medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional healthcare or medication. Why a Headache Pill Can Promise Relief – and Others Cannot A question often arises in discussions about healthcare communication: Why can a headache pill state that it “relieves pain,” while individual systems and practitioners are not allowed to describe concrete experiences? The answer is not about truth or honesty. It is about regulation, responsibility, and structure. Medication Operates Under a Different Legal Framework When a headache medication uses phrases such as: “relieves headache” “reduces pain” this is permitted because the product: is classified as a medicinal product has been assessed and approved by regulatory authorities is supported by clinical documentation places legal responsibility on the manufac

When Evidence Becomes a Privilege – and the Cost Is Paid by Society
Note to the reader This article presents reflections and socio-economic considerations regarding evidence, regulation, and healthcare structures. It does not provide medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional healthcare or medication. When Evidence Becomes a Privilege – and the Cost Is Paid by Society In public discourse, evidence is often presented as something neutral, objective, and universally accessible. In reality, evidence is expensive, exclusive, and largely available only to those with capital. This is not a marginal issue. It is a structural problem with significant social and economic consequences. Evidence Is Not Neutral – It Is Costly To document a method according to accepted medical or regulatory standards typically requires: large financial investments years of work access to research institutions legal and administrative infrastructure often, a patentable product to justify the cost As a result, only a narrow group of actors can real

Why the Body Laser System Is Shared as a Framework
The Body Laser System was not created as a product designed to promise results or outcomes. From the beginning, the intention has been to develop and share a structured framework that supports understanding, responsibility, and individual exploration. At its core, the system is based on the idea that the body possesses inherent regulatory processes. Rather than attempting to intervene or correct, the Body Laser System is presented as a way to explore these processes through structured, gentle stimulation within clearly defined boundaries. A central decision in the development of the system was to make the manual freely accessible. This was done to ensure that knowledge and understanding are not dependent on purchasing equipment or services. Anyone interested can read, reflect, and decide independently how they wish to engage with the system. Over time, it has become clear that people approach the system in different ways. Some prefer to explore it on their own through the manual, while

The Story Behind The Body Laser System
Mission The mission of The Body Laser System is to make a structured and accessible laser-based informational framework freely available. The system is developed to support individual understanding and responsible use, while remaining independent of medical claims, diagnostic use, and mandatory purchase requirements. Individual experiences may vary. Origins of the System The Body Laser System was developed by Martin Blynov. In the early 2000s, Martin explored various acupuncture-based systems and methods focused on self-regulation and stimulation. At the time, he was particularly interested in non-invasive approaches and began experimenting with laser-based stimulation within a structured framework. These early explorations formed the foundation of what would later become the Body Laser System — a system focused on structure, responsibility, and accessibility rather than treatment or diagnosis. Development and Exploration Over time, the system was explored by a growing number of users
